Carrie Arnold papers, 1975-2000.

The bulk of the collection are drawings created by Carrie Arnold which were commissioned by Bill Lagos. Between 1971 and 1997 Carrie Arnold created a series of winter scenes of Lagos's home areas of Hartville and Sunrise, Wyoming. Also included are scenes from several Wyoming towns such as Guernsey and Laramie. The scenes are historical, taken from old photographs and enhanced by visits to the sites and conversations with Wyoming natives. Lagos used these drawings as Christmas cards. Included in the collection are original drawings as well as a copy of "The Art of Carrie Arnold", privately printed by Lagos after Arnold's death.
